How do I edit my Profile in the Arlo app?

You can customize your name in the Arlo Profile settings and add an optional profile picture or address. You can also add two-step verification to your Arlo account. For more information, visit What is two-step verification and how do I set it up?.

To edit your profile settings:

1. Launch the Arlo app or log in to my.arlo.com.
2. Tap or click Settings.
3. In the ACCOUNT section, tap Profile > Edit Profile.
   From the Edit Profile screen, you can enter your name, optionally add a profile photo and home address, and opt-in or out of Arlo news and support updates.
4. When you finish editing your profile, tap Save at the bottom of the screen.
   Your Profile settings are saved.

To add a profile picture:

1. Launch the Arlo app or log in to my.arlo.com.
2. Tap or click Settings.
3. Under the ACCOUNT section, tap or click Profile > Edit Profile.
4. Tap or click the profile picture at the top of the Edit Profile page.
5. Select Take Photo or Choose from Library.
   Note: If you already have a profile picture, you can also select Remove Current Photo.
6. Upload your preferred profile picture.
7. Tap or click Save at the bottom of the screen.
   Your Arlo profile will now show your profile photo.
