How do I get a replacement part for the missing Arlo Video Doorbell mounting plate?

If you purchased an Arlo Essential Security Camera bundle (VMK2260W-100NAS) at Walmart, starting on 11/14/2020, and you are missing the flat mounting plate to mount and install your Arlo Video Doorbell, please visit arlo.com/mount to fill out the form and receive your missing part. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and will ship the flat mounting plate to you via standard priority mail at no cost to you. All submissions received by 10AM PT will have the flat mounting plate shipped out on the same day. You will also get an extra 3 months of Arlo Smart as our thanks.

  1. What information do I need to provide to receive a flat mounting plate?
    To receive your flat mounting plate, please provide your name, shipping address, phone number, and your Arlo Video Doorbell’s serial number in the form that you can find at arlo.com/mount.
  2. How do I find my Arlo Video Doorbell’s serial number?
    You can find the Arlo Video Doorbell’s serial number on the label at the bottom of the box that your doorbell came in. The serial number is to the right of “S/N,” just beneath the bar code. It is composed of 13 alphanumeric digits.
    You can also look at the back of the video doorbell itself, just beneath the bar code.
  3. Do I have to pay for shipping?
    No. We will ship the flat mounting plate to you via standard priority mail at no cost to you. All submissions received by 10AM PT will have the flat mounting plate shipped out on the same day
  4. What purchase locations are eligible for a replacement part?
    Purchases made at Walmart are eligible for a replacement part.
  5. How do I know whether I am missing the flat mounting plate?
    The flat mounting plate should come attached to your Arlo Video Doorbell when you open the box. If there isn’t anything attached to the doorbell out of the box, then you are missing the flat mounting plate.
  6. Do I need the flat mounting plate to install my Arlo Video Doorbell?
    Yes. You can’t install the Arlo Video Doorbell without a flat mounting plate.
