My Arlo Pro Wire-Free camera is losing its position; what do I do?

If your Arlo Pro Wire-Free camera (VMC4030) is not staying in position on the wall mount, first make sure that you are using the wall mount that came with your Arlo Pro Wire-Free camera. The wall mounts that came with your older Arlo Wire-Free cameras (VMC3030) are not ideal to keep the new Arlo Pro Wire-Free cameras in a consistent position.

 

You do not need to remove the screws and drywall anchors—just remove the dome portion of the old mount and attach the dome portion of the new mount that came with your Arlo Pro camera or system.
