How can I use Arlo to monitor my organization or business?

Arlo offers a variety of cameras, subscription plans, and software features that can help you monitor your organization or business.

Arlo business plans cover 5-40 cameras. If you need to use more than 40 cameras, Arlo recommends that you purchase one or more Enterprise subscription plans, which cover 40 cameras each, and purchase a smaller plan to cover the remaining cameras. You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time, and a prorated refund is provided automatically for any unused portion of your monthly subscription.

All subscription plans include access to the following features:

• Cloud video storage for at least seven days
• The ability to add other users to your account, with two different levels of privileges plus per-camera control over who has access
• Downloadable, shareable HD video clips
• At least three months of customer support

The free basic subscription plan includes three months of customer support and seven days of cloud recordings, while paid subscription plans include unlimited customer support and 30-60 days of cloud recordings. Arlo Go cameras, which connect to the mobile network instead of connecting over WiFi, can be used anywhere in the mobile carrier's nationwide data coverage area, so you can install security cameras in areas with no electricity, WiFi, or Internet access. For use on construction sites, Arlo recommends glare-reducing camera skins, available in black, green, or camouflage.
