How do I download video clips in my Arlo account?

To download video clips from the library: 

  1. Launch the Arlo app or log in to your Arlo account at my.arlo.com.
  2. Tap or click Library.
    Days on which a video clip was recorded are indicated with a green circle.
  3. Tap or click a highlighted date.
  4. Tap or click the video recording that you would like to download.
    Note: If you are using an iOS device or web browser, tap or click Select in the upper-right corner to download more than one video. If you are using an Android device, tap the select icon.
  5. Tap or click Download.
    If you are using an iOS or Android device, your video is saved to your mobile device's video library.
    If you are using a web browser, you must save the video to your computer.
