My Arlo system no longer functions properly with SmartThings; what do I do?

If your Arlo system no longer functions properly with SmartThings, your Arlo system might be in the wrong mode.

 

To ensure that your Arlo system is in the correct mode to work with SmartThings:

  1. Launch the Arlo app or log in to your Arlo account at my.arlo.com.
  2. Tap or click Mode.
  3. Tap or click the device that you want to manage.
  4. If SmartThings mode appears but is not selected, select it.
  5. If SmartThings mode no longer appears, follow the steps in How do I integrate my Arlo cameras into the Samsung SmartThings app?.
