How do I enable or disable email and push notifications for Arlo Baby?

Arlo Baby sends two types of notifications: motion and audio detection notifications, and air sensor notifications. You can enable or disable notifications in multiple ways, but you must disable or enable each type of notifications separately.

You can change your notification settings in the following ways:

  • You can enable or disable alerts for unusual temperature, humidity, or air quality readings.

  • You can create a custom mode for motion and sound detection that only sends the notifications that you choose.

  • You can enable or disable motion and audio detection email and push notifications from the Devices page of the Arlo app.
    Follow the procedure in this article to enable or disable push notifications for motion and audio detection.

 

To enable or disable email and push notifications for Arlo Baby:

  1. Launch the Arlo app or log in to your Arlo account at my.arlo.com.
    The Devices page displays.
  2. In the upper right of your Arlo Baby camera feed, tap or click the menu (...) icon.
  3. Tap or click Motion and Audio Settings.
  4. Under ALERT METHODS, select the check box for each kind of notification that you want to receive.

Note: Enabling or disabling email or push notifications for motion and audio detection does not affect your air sensor notification settings.
