I already added my Arlo Baby camera to the Apple Home app, but Arlo can’t discover the camera; what do I do?

To troubleshoot when you already added Arlo Baby to HomeKit, but Arlo can’t discover the camera:

  1. Make sure that your mobile device or computer is on the same WiFi network as Arlo Baby.
  2. Power cycle your Arlo Baby camera and then try the setup process again.

  3. If Arlo still can’t discover your Arlo Baby camera, restart the setup process and use the QR code discovery method.
