When can I use an Arlo promotional code or coupon?

You can use Arlo promotional codes and coupons either right away or after your first free Arlo Smart trial offer month ends.

To use a promotion code or coupon right away follow these steps:

1. Launch the Arlo app or log in to your Arlo account at my.arlo.com.
2. Tap or click Settings > Subscription > Upgrade Plan.
3. Tap or click For Home.
4. Select Arlo Smart Premier and tap or click Continue.
5. Enter the promotional voucher code under Redeem Code and tap or click Apply.
6. Tap or click Continue.

To use a promotion code or coupon after your first free Arlo Smart trial month ends follow these steps:

1. Launch the Arlo app or log in to your Arlo account at my.arlo.com.
2. Sign up for an Arlo Smart trial offer.
   The first month of the Arlo Smart trial offer is free. You will not be charged.
3. When your first free Arlo Smart trial month ends, launch the Arlo app.
4. Select Settings > Subscription > Change Plan.
5. Tap or click For Home.
6. Select Basic Plan and tap or click Continue.
7. Select Subscription > Upgrade Plan.
8. Select Arlo Smart Premier and tap or click Continue.
9. Enter the promotional voucher code under Redeem Code and tap or click Apply.
10. Tap or click Continue.
