What should I do if the USB LED on my Arlo base station blinks amber?

If you press the Sync button on your Arlo base station for longer than a few seconds, the USB LED blinks amber and blocks the sync process.

Try these troubleshooting options if your USB LED blinks amber:

  • Do not touch your base station for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, try resyncing your system.
