How do I set my Arlo Q, Arlo Q Plus, Arlo Pro, or Arlo Baby camera to record until motion stops?

You can set your Arlo Q, Arlo Q Plus, Arlo Pro Wire-Free, or Arlo Baby camera to record when motion is detected and continue recording while motion continues—up to 300 seconds (5 minutes). This feature is not currently available for Arlo Go or Arlo Wire-Free cameras.

To configure your Arlo Q, Arlo Q Plus, Arlo Pro Wire-Free, or Arlo Baby camera to stop recording when motion stops:

Launch the Arlo app or log in to your Arlo account at my.arlo.com.
Tap or click Mode.
Tap or click the device whose mode you want to edit. If you only have one device, it is preselected.
Tap the pencil icon or click Edit or next to the mode that you want to edit.
Under Then do the following, tap the pencil icon or click Edit next to Record video.
Select Record until activity stops (up to 300 sec).
