How do I activate my Arlo Go camera’s AT&T SIM card?

Your Arlo Go camera uses the AT&T network to send pictures and video to your Arlo account in the cloud. You must activate your Arlo Go SIM card before you can use your Arlo Go camera.

To activate your Arlo Go SIM card with AT&T:

  1. If you know your AT&T Enterprise Sales account representative, contact them with your Arlo Go SIM ICCID and device IMEI. 
    Both the ICCID and the IMEI display on the label on the bottom of the Arlo Go retail box.
  2. If you don’t know your AT&T Enterprise Sales Contact, but you have an existing AT&T Service or Business Wireless account, call AT&T Mobility Sales & Services using one of the following phone numbers:
    • Business Support: 866-353-4110
      Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time
    • Business Care: 800-331-0500
      Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time
      Saturday and Sunday 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time
  3. If you do not have an AT&T Service or Business Wireless account, call the AT&T Exclusivity Business Line at 888-296-4561, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., U.S. Eastern Time.
