Arlo Mobile is an LTE service plan offered exclusively for Arlo Go Mobile HD Security Cameras. Arlo Mobile service uses AT&T’s nationwide 4G LTE network. Service is only available in the continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska.
Your Arlo Mobile-ready camera comes pre-activated with 15 minutes’ worth of video upload time. No service activation is required out of the box. After you use up your video minutes, you can easily purchase more by signing up for an Arlo Mobile service plan in the Arlo app or at my.arlo.com. To sign up for an Arlo Mobile service plan, log in to your Arlo account and select Settings > Subscription > Change Plan.
The following Arlo Mobile service plans are available:
The numbers of minutes and video clips per month assume that your Arlo Go camera is set to highest video quality and that video clips are set to 30 seconds each in modes and rules. If you use lower video quality settings and set your Arlo Go to record shorter clips, your Arlo Go can upload significantly more video than indicated in the plan descriptions.
