How do I subscribe to Arlo Secure?

An Arlo Secure subscription enables you to record in 2K or 4K video resolution, activate advanced object detection, create cloud activity zones, respond to emergencies, and much more. You can purchase a plan for multiple cameras or a single camera. This provides a flexible and customizable experience for your Arlo system. Note: Arlo Secure plans can be purchased on the Arlo Secure App for Android or on my.arlo.com. Plans are billed either monthly or annually. For annual plans, all other plans in the account must also be annual plans. For more information, visit: Arlo Secure Subscription Plans

 

To purchase an Arlo Secure plan:

For the Arlo Secure experience with Feed on my.arlo.com:

  1. Log in to my.arlo.com.
  2. Click Secure > My Arlo Account.
  3. Under Subscription, click Arlo Secure.
  4. Click Subscribe Now in the Arlo Secure section.
    If you are currently on an Arlo Secure trial, click Change Plan.
  5. Follow the instructions to purchase an Arlo Secure plan.

For the Arlo Secure App experience with Feed on Android:

  1. Launch the Arlo Secure App.
  2. Tap Arlo Safe Profile icon.
  3. Tap Subscription.
  4. Tap Subscribe Now.
    If you are currently on an Arlo Secure trial, tap Change Plan.
  5. Follow the in-app instructions to purchase an Arlo Secure plan.

For the Arlo Secure experience with Library on my.arlo.com:

  1. Log in to my.arlo.com.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Under Subscription, click Arlo Secure.
  4. Click Subscribe Now in the Arlo Secure section.
    If you are currently on an Arlo trial, click Change Plan.
  5. Follow the instructions to select a plan and purchase Arlo Secure.
