Redemption – validity, single use, combinations  

• Redemption: After You added the products eligible to the cart, the discounted subtotal price will be displayed automatically. Further, both the original subtotal and the amount of the granted discount are displayed. 
  
• Validity: The promotion “2024 Spring Sale” is valid on transactions placed between 18th March 2024 and 1st April 2024, made through www.arlo.com/en_gb only. An extension of the validity is not possible. 
• Combining offers: The discount offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions are run on www.arlo.com/en_gb, unless otherwise stated.  
  
• No cash payment and no retrospective deductions: A payment in cash or a retrospective deduction on already-confirmed orders is not possible. 
  

Promo Limitations 

• Product eligibility: The promotion applies to the overall Arlo product catalogue. It may not be used in conjunction with other reduced prices or promotions, unless otherwise stated. Further, the promotion may not be used with gift vouchers. It does not apply on the Home Security kits nor already discounted products.

The rule below applies:

- When the total cart amount (including VAT) is above £500, then an automatic discount of £100 applies to cart.

- When the total cart amount (including VAT) is above £1,000, then an automatic discount of £200 applies to cart.

• Delivery costs: Delivery and other costs that would be normally charged to customers, shall be applied to the items on promotion.

Deduction when purchasing and returning/cancelling products  

• Partial deduction: When the promotion applies on several items in the cart, the total discount amount will be split across the individual prices of the items purchased, and shown as a total deduction in the order summary.  
  
• Returned products: Any product returned will take into account the discount offered at purchase and the refund will be the price of the product minus the discount applied at time of purchase.
• Cancelled products: If the customer uses the promotion for a purchase on www.arlo.com/en_gb and the order is cancelled before shipping, the customer shall be eligible to use the promotion on the next eligible order, within the validity period.  

Information regarding the redemption of the promotion 

• Verisure Arlo Europe DAC reserves the right, in its discretion, to disable the promotion, if it suspects tampering with the Arlo site or services. 
  
• Verisure Arlo Europe DAC reserves the right to decline to accept orders where, in its reasonable opinion, the order being placed is the subject of fraudulent activity.  
  
• The offer is limited to customers with a delivery address in the United Kingdom. 
  
• By placing an order, purchasing or acquiring Products on www.arlo.com/en_gb, You accept all the provisions of these Promotional Code Terms and Conditions and Our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
