The 12 months commences immediately on the end of the original warranty period and the cover contained therein is as contained in the original warranty which can be found here . You must be a paying subscriber to Arlo Secure plus as outlined above for at least 6 months prior to making a claim on the additional warranty period and it is at all times subject to Verisure Ireland DAC approval and limited to the replacement of the cameras on the service plan of the subscriber.
