How do I edit Arlo two-step verification settings?

You can add or remove phone numbers and trusted devices for two-step verification in the Arlo Secure App.

      To change your primary two-step verification method:

      For the Arlo Secure App with Feed:

      1. Launch the Arlo Secure App.
      2. Tap
      3. Tap Account Profile and Security.
      4. Tap Two-Step Verification.
      5. Tap one of your existing two-step verification methods.
        A checkmark displays to the right of your preferred method to confirm the change.

      For the Arlo Secure App with Library:

      1. Launch the Arlo Secure App.
      2. Tap Settings.
      3. Tap Profile.
      4. Tap Login Settings.
      5. Tap Two-Step Verification.
      6. Tap Edit.
      7. Tap one of your existing two-step verification methods.
        A checkmark displays to the right of your preferred method to confirm the change.

      To add a two-step verification method:

      For the Arlo Secure App with Feed:

      1. Launch the Arlo Secure App.
      2. Tap
      3. Tap Account Profile and Security.
      4. Tap Two-Step Verification.
      5. Tap + to add another verification method.

      For the Arlo Secure App with Library:

      1. Launch the Arlo Secure App.
      2. Tap Settings.
      3. Tap Profile.
      4. Tap Login Settings.
      5. Tap Two-Step Verification.
      6. Tap + to add another verification method.

      To remove a trusted device or phone number from two-step verification:

      For the Arlo Secure App with Feed:

      1. Launch the Arlo Secure App.
      2. Tap
      3. Tap Account Profile and Security.
      4. Tap Two-Step Verification.
      5. Swipe left on the trusted device or phone number and tap Delete.

      For the Arlo Secure App with Library:

      1. Launch the Arlo Secure App.
      2. Tap Settings.
      3. Tap Profile.
      4. Tap Login Settings.
      5. Tap Two-Step Verification.
      6. Tap Edit.
      7. Tap the Delete icon next to a phone number or trusted device.
