How do I play videos from the feed in my Arlo account?

The feed is where all of your video recordings and snapshots are stored. You can use the filter and the calendar to find and view specific recordings. The number of days that your content is saved depends on your service plan.

Note: To ensure content is not permanently lost, download important files to your mobile device or computer. All content, including content marked as Favorite, is deleted based on your Arlo Secure plan subscription.

 

To play videos from the feed:

  1. Launch the Arlo Secure App or log in to your Arlo account at my.arlo.com.
  2. Tap or click Feed.
  3. Tap or click the thumbnail of the video that you want to view.

To pan and zoom using a mobile device:

  • Use the pinch gesture to zoom in and out of the video.
  • Touch and drag to move around the zoomed-in frame.

To Favorite, Share, Donate, Download, or Delete a video:

  1. Launch the Arlo Secure App or log in to your Arlo account at my.arlo.com.
  2. Tap or click Feed.
  3. On the Arlo Secure App, swipe left and tap Edit Icon.
    On my.arlo.com, click Edit Icon.
  4. Select FavoriteShareDonateDownload, or Delete.
