Arlo Secure App Update Requirement

In order to provide continued security for Arlo users, our two-factor authentication (2FA) provider requires all Arlo users to use Arlo Secure App version 4.13 or higher. This will also include all versions of Arlo Secure App 5.0. Those using Arlo Secure App version 4.12 and lower will need to update their app for continued access to Arlo. Additionally, users on iOS 11 and earlier or Android 7 and earlier will need to update their operating system to download and use Arlo Secure App version 4.13 and higher.

To update the Arlo Secure App on your mobile device, go to the App Store® on your iOS device, or Google Play on your Android device and search for Arlo Secure.
