How do I create an Arlo Account?

To create an Arlo account using the Arlo Secure App:

  1. Download the Arlo Secure App to your mobile device from the App Store for iOS devices or Google Play for Android devices.

  2. Launch the Arlo Secure App.
  3. Tap Create Account.
  4. Enter the following information:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Email Address
    • Confirm Email Address
    • Password
    • Confirm Password
  5. Tap I understand and agree to the Terms of Service.
  6. Tap Continue.
  7. You will receive an email verification link. Click Verify Email to confirm your email address.
    Note: If you did not receive an email from Arlo, please check your spam or junk folder, or click Resend Email.
  8. Once verification link is clicked and email address is verified, secure your account by selecting Push Notifications or SMS Text Message in the Arlo Secure App.
  9. Tap Secure My Account.
  10. Tap Trust to add your device as a Trusted Device to keep your account secure.
    Note: If this is not your personal device, tap Don’t Trust and log into your personal device to configure two-step verification or select SMS Text Message on the previous screen.
  11. Name the trusted device and tap Continue.

To create an Arlo account on my.arlo.com:

  1. Open a web browser and navigate to my.arlo.com.
  2. Click Create Account.
  3. Enter the following information:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Email Address
    • Confirm Email Address
    • Password
    • Confirm Password
  4. Click I understand and agree to the Terms of Service.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. You will receive an email verification link. Click Verify Email to confirm your email address.
    Note: If you did not receive an email from Arlo, check your spam or junk folder, or click Resend Email.
  7. Once verification link is clicked and email address is verified, secure your account by selecting Push Notifications or SMS Text Message in the Arlo Secure App.
  8. Click Secure My Account.
