How do I stop using SmartThings and resume using the Arlo app?

Use the SmartThings App to remove Arlo and then resume using your Arlo devices with the Arlo Secure App.

To remove Arlo from the SmartThings App:

  1. Launch the SmartThings App.
  2. Tap Menu.
  3. Tap the Settings (gear) icon.
  4. Tap Linked services.
  5. Tap Arlo.
  6. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and tap DELETE.
  7. Tap OK.
    You will need to set up Arlo in the SmartThings App again if you want to use it in the future.
