Prepaid Subscription cards for Arlo Secure can be purchased from select retailers. You can purchase an Arlo Secure plan to unlock 2K or 4K video recording, 30 days of cloud recording, advanced object detection, cloud activity zones, and much more. You can use these prepaid subscription cards either right away, or after your Arlo Secure trial ends.

To use a subscription promo code or coupon on my.arlo.com:

1. Log in to my.arlo.com.
2. Click Secure > My Arlo Account.
3. Under Subscription, click Redeem Service Code.
4. Enter your code and click Redeem.
   If you are currently on an Arlo Secure trial, click Change Plan.
5. Follow the instructions to purchase an Arlo Secure plan.

To use a subscription promo code or coupon on the Arlo Secure App for Android:

1. Launch the Arlo Secure App on Android.
2. Tap 
3. Tap Subscription.
4. Under Arlo Secure, tap Enter Arlo Secure Code.
   If you are currently on an Arlo Secure trial, tap Change Plan.
5. Follow the in-app instructions to purchase an Arlo Secure plan.
