How do I log into to my Arlo Secure App with multiple devices?

The Arlo Secure App will now let you login to multiple devices such as tablet, mobile phone, or laptop so you can check your Arlo cameras from the most convenient device.

  • Arlo Secure will now allow you to log in and view your cameras on multiple devices at the same time. You DO NOT have to log out of your previous device.
  • You can use the same credentials to log in to the Arlo Secure App.
  • If you are logged into Arlo Secure on multiple devices, you can log out of each device separately.
  • Make sure you have the latest version of the Arlo Secure App.
  • We still recommend using different accounts for different users of the system. You may create a separate account for family members and grant them access rights or privileges to your Arlo account. For more information, visit:

To login to your Arlo Secure account:

1. Launch the Arlo Secure App or login to my.arlo.com.

2. Tap or click Sign In.

3. Enter your email address and password.

Note: Make sure you enter the correct username and password.

4. Tap or click Login.
