Person, Vehicle, and Custom Detection
Vehicle Recognition, and Custom Detection features are compatible with all Arlo Cameras and Arlo Video Doorbells. However, due to local regulations in the EU and UK, Person Recognition will not be enabled for Video Doorbells. Additionally, Person Detection can be activated on only one camera at a time.
These features are not compatible with the following Arlo products - Arlo Security Light System, Arlo Audio Doorbell, Arlo Chimes.
Troubleshooting Device Appearance Issues
If not all your Arlo devices appear when setting up Person Recognition or Vehicle Recognition, it could be due to regional restrictions or compatibility issues. Devices located in regions where Person Recognition is not supported will not appear as available. Additionally, make sure that you are on the latest version of Arlo Secure app.
