The magnetic mount is concave and fits perfectly with the shape of the rear of your camera. This allows a more precise fit between the mount and camera, and it enables dynamic ways to mount an Arlo Ultra and Arlo Pro series camera, including: walls and underneath ceilings. The strong magnetic force between these cameras and the mount provides peace of mind that the camera will stay in position.
To mount your Arlo camera with a magnetic mount:
- Fasten the mounting screw into a wall or ceiling.
Note: Do not attach the magnetic wall mount to a drop ceiling. - Use the plastic stopper to help guide how far to screw into the wall or ceiling.
- If you plan to connect an Arlo Ultra or Pro series camera to a charging cable, wrap the excess charging cable around the back side of the mount.
- Snap the magnetic mount around the screw and stopper.
The mount clicks into place when it is placed properly on the screw. - Attach your camera to the indoor wall mount.
- Adjust the camera to your preferred viewing angle.
