Why is the price increasing?

We regularly review our pricing to ensure we can continue delivering the most advanced, reliable and privacy-led home security service.

This change reflects ongoing investment in AI innovation, European cloud infrastructure and data protection – all of which help keep Arlo Secure one of the most intelligent and trusted services available.

Are any features or benefits changing?

No, your plan and benefits will remain the same. This update allows us to continue improving Arlo Secure behind the scenes, including service reliability, response speed and ongoing development of new features.

What improvements are you making?

We’re continuously enhancing Arlo Secure, including expanding AI detections and refining learning AI. The update also helps us lay the groundwork for new Early Warning System features launching later in 2026.

When will the new price take effect?

The new price will apply from 2 February 2026. You’ll see the updated amount reflected on your next billing cycle after that date.

Do I need to do anything?

No action is needed. Your subscription will continue as normal and your existing settings, detections and cameras will remain unchanged.

What if I don’t want to continue with the new price?

We’d be sorry to see you go, but you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Arlo account. Please note that you’ll lose access to cloud recordings and AI features if your plan ends.

How does Arlo Secure differ from other camera brands?

Arlo Secure isn’t just cloud storage – it’s a complete security service. Our systems are built around the Arlo Secure Early Warning System, offering more AI detections and customisation than any other brand. We also operate on European cloud servers under EU privacy law, monitored 24/7 by security specialists.

Will there be new features coming soon?

Yes. This update helps us continue developing new AI capabilities and features for Arlo Secure. We’re investing heavily in expanding our Early Warning System to make your system smarter, faster and more proactive than ever.

How do you protect my data and privacy?

Arlo operates entirely within European data privacy regulations. All video data is stored on European cloud servers, and we use a combination of AI and human monitoring to maintain the highest standards of security and reliability.
