Arlo Secure offers intelligent services for greater control over how you view, manage, connect, and respond to events that occur around your home or business. Create custom activity zones to focus on important areas and receive alerts when something happens. Arlo can tell the difference between a person, animal, vehicle, or a package. You can view your Arlo Secure Plus recordings for up to 60 days.

Learn more about these exciting Arlo Secure features:

• Up to Unlimited Camera Support. On Arlo Secure’s Plus plans, add as many cameras to your home as you need.
• Extended Warranty. If you’ve paid for Arlo Secure Plus for 6 months or more, you can enjoy an extended warranty. Your standard warranty period is extended by up to one year.
• Advanced Object Detection. Set your Arlo camera to detect people, animals, vehicles, and/or alarms. For more information see What are the advanced object detection features?.

About the Extended Warranty

Arlo Secure Plus subscribers are eligible for extended warranty service. With this benefit, the standard warranty period is extended for up to 12 months past its normal expiration date. To be eligible for the extended warranty, you must be an Arlo Secure Plus subscriber for 6 months or more.

How Extended Warranty Eligibility Works

Example 1: Let’s say your new Arlo camera has a 12-month warranty. If you subscribe to Arlo Secure Plus for 6 of those months, you are eligible for the extended warranty. We’ll extend the warranty by 12 months automatically, with a total of 24 months of warranty coverage.

Example 2: Let’s say your new Arlo camera has a 24-month warranty. If you subscribe to Arlo Secure Plus for 6 of those months, we’ll automatically extend the warranty by 12 months. This totals 36 months of warranty coverage.

Note:

• To make an extended warranty claim, you must contact Arlo Support. The Support team will evaluate the warranty claim to ensure that eligibility conditions have been met.
• The Arlo Secure Plus Extended Warranty is only available in Europe.
